What Makes This Journey Special

Beyond your project work, we want you to experience Rwanda’s culture, history, and nature. Together, we will:

  • Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial: Gain a deeper understanding of Rwanda’s history and the resilience of its people.
  • Explore Lake Ruhondo: Discover one of Rwanda’s most beautiful lakes, surrounded by hills and volcanoes. If conditions allow, we may spend a night at a cozy eco-lodge by the water.
  • Community Walks: Meet local families, visit villages, and see daily life in Rwanda.

These experiences will leave you with memories that stay for a lifetime.

Dates: January 7 – 17, 2026
Total Participation Fee: $1,950 (excluding flights)

Payment Breakdown:
• $350 Confirmation Deposit – Due upon acceptance
• $775 First Installment – Due by October 7, 2025
• $825 Final Installment – Due by December 7, 2025

How Does Your Contribution Support the Mission?

The $1,950 fee is not a profit—it is a contribution that directly covers all essential expedition costs. This includes lodging, meals, transportation, training, materials, and on-the-ground coordination for your 10- day experience in Rwanda. Every dollar is used to ensure a safe, meaningful, and well-organized humanitarian experience for each participant.

We understand that traveling to Africa may raise questions. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants is our top priority. Our program is designed with a strong support system to provide a secure and enriching experience:

Safe & Verified Accommodation – Participants stay in trusted, secure locations.
Reliable Transportation – All travel is arranged with vetted, experienced drivers.
On-Ground Support – Local coordinators are available at all times for assistance.
Pre-Departure Preparation – Participants receive full guidance before travel.
24/7 WhatsApp Support – For real-time updates and immediate assistance.
