Biography

Victoria Martino is a visionary leader and humanitarian advocate with over 14 years of experience in hospitality and international relations, known for her unwavering commitment to global collaboration, civic engagement, and educational equity.

Her professional journey began in 2010 at the Embassy of Bulgaria in Moscow, where she worked in legal and immigration visa services. In 2012, she transitioned into the hospitality and travel sector, joining Russian Express, a prominent international tourism and hospitality company based in Moscow. Through these experiences, she developed strong international relations—particularly with key partners in the United Arab Emirates—and sharpened her leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.

In 2016, Victoria immigrated to the United States and began a new chapter in her public service journey. She pursued her passion for public policy and earned an associate degree in Political Science at Norwalk Community College before continuing toward a bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Connecticut.
Victoria gained legislative experience at the Connecticut General Assembly in Hartford, where she was actively engaged in public policy research and constituent services. Building on that foundation, Victoria went on to coordinate and support multiple political campaigns for candidates and public leaders across the United States—including in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Georgia.

From 2021 to 2023, Victoria served at the Saint Pio Foundation as a coordinator of the Relics of Padre Pio and gaining deeper insight into humanitarian work. After stepping down from the role, she traveled to Rwanda—a life-changing experience that led her to establish the Nation Voice Foundation, a mission-driven organization focused on education, international engagement, and humanitarian advocacy.

Outside of her work, Victoria enjoys reading about philosophy, history, and space. She finds joy in hiking, discovering new places, and spending time with her daughter, Melania.
