All donations to the Nation Voice Foundation are non-refundable. Your generous contributions are directly allocated to our programs and initiatives, enabling us to provide critical support to underserved communities. We deeply appreciate your understanding and unwavering support for our mission.

Products purchased through the Nation Voice Foundation are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the purchaser are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof of damage (e.g., photos).
